Deposit & Reschedule Policy — The Ceramic Pros Inc.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit is applied toward your total service cost on the scheduled date.

If you need to reschedule, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required. Your deposit will transfer to the new appointment date one time only.
Failure to give 48-hour notice, same-day cancellations, or no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit.

If you cancel entirely, the deposit is forfeited — no exceptions.
