Step 1 – Wash, Iron Decontamination & Surface Prep
We start with a full hand wash using pH-balanced soap to remove dirt, grime, and waxes. Next, an iron decontamination treatment safely dissolves embedded metallic particles from the paint. A clay bar is then used to remove remaining surface contaminants, followed by an IPA (isopropyl alcohol) wipe-down to ensure the paint is completely clean and ready for correction.
Step 2 – Paint Inspection & Preparation
Under professional lighting, the paint is carefully inspected to locate swirl marks, scratches, and oxidation. Delicate trims and edges are taped off to prevent damage during polishing.
Step 3 – Paint Correction
Using dual-action polishers and professional-grade compounds, we perform a multi-stage correction process to remove imperfections and restore maximum gloss and clarity.
Step 4 – Final Surface Prep
After polishing, the paint is wiped again with an IPA solution to remove any polishing oils or residues, ensuring a perfectly clean surface for coating adhesion.
Step 5 – Ceramic Coating Application
A premium-grade ceramic coating is applied panel by panel, creating a long-lasting, hydrophobic barrier that enhances gloss, depth, and protection against UV rays, chemicals, and oxidation.
Step 6 – Final Inspection & Curing
The entire vehicle is inspected under proper lighting to ensure full coverage and an even finish. The coating is then left to cure, forming a durable, glass-like protective layer.
